Our adult program is based on many styles of traditional martial arts, particularly from the International Tae Kwon Do Federation. Adults of all ages are able to learn a separate curriculum then our youth programs where they will focus on fitness, practical self-defense, discipline and much more. These high energy classes will not only exercise your body, but also your mind.
Adult Cardio Kickboxing
A non-stop, muscle burning, cardio work out designed to strengthen the entire body. This program incorporates workouts from several areas including Boxing, Kickboxing, Karate, Cross-Fit and many more. Classes are designed to accommodate all levels of physical ability but will push you to give your very best and see results! Classes introduce new and exciting workouts every week, with great music, friendly instructors and a flexible schedule. See results in just a few short weeks all while having fun.
